Andrew “Drew” Delis is Commercial Counsel and Vice President with Maryland Agency Commercial Services. Drew brings over a decade of real estate and title experience to the Fidelity Family of Companies. Prior to joining Fidelity, Drew worked for a boutique real estate law firm and served as underwriting counsel for a national title agency, where he managed the Mid-Atlantic land acquisition efforts of the largest homebuilder in the country. Drew is well-versed in deals involving all commercial asset classes and complicated capital stacks, including tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, all HUD, USDA, Fannie, and Freddie loan programs, and all loan programs administered by Maryland’s Community Development Administration.

Drew graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Government and Politics and received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and the Real Estate Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.
